I developed a tradition. In June I go to the fields in the woods to collect the leaves, roots, and flowers of particular herbs. St. John's Wort, Plantain, Oceanspray, Fireweed, Nettles, Linden, Wild berries, and so forth. Each year, it's a different mix. When I make tea in the winter from my dry herbal mixture, it feels like a summer party.
