"I'm a visual person and enjoy looking through old photos and ephemera that others would call "junk". I like mixing the usual or normal day-to-day images that we may only glance at (if we see them at all) and create something visually unusual. I want to give new context to these ordinary images, hopefully making them more interesting and pique the imagination of the viewer. 

To start, I look through my extensive collection of images for what I want to cut out, and then place them together Sometimes the pieces fit, but if not I keep searching. I may start with a solid visual idea but could end up with something completely unexpected - the images lead the way."
